Our non-smoking 2100 sq ft home has 4 bedrooms and is fully equipped with sheets, towels, etc. The only thing you need to bring is your clothes, swimsuit, and toothbrush.

The bedrooms are spacious and easily sleep 8 people. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with double sinks, double showerheads, and a Roman tub. There is also a slider to the lanai and pool. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a twin-size daybed with a twin-size trundle, and a walk in closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a twin-size daybed with a twin-size trundle. Each bedroom is equipped with cable television.

The living area of the house is designed to give you an open feeling, which is great for socializing. The great room has a triple slider that opens to the pool. The in ground pool (heater available) is visible from  the great room, kitchen, eating area, and dining room. The lanai has a table and chairs, grill, and a bar with bar stools.

Our home has many amenities not found at some other houses. Items such as washer and dryer, bikes, children’s toys, pool toys, cooler, beach chairs, and baby items- pack n play, high chair, stroller, and child bike seat all come with our house.

Our home is one of the closest houses to the south beach access on the island. There is approximately 1 block walk to get to the beach. Many other houses have at least a several block walk, and most must drive and hope for a parking spot. Public access is limited to only 2 points on the island.
